Avaya Engage: Meet the Team!

Avaya Engage is almost here! This communication tech conference is your one-stop-shop for all things Avaya. Our team here at Waterfield couldn’t be more excited to head down to Orlando. If you are going, keep an eye out for these faces, and be sure to stop by our booth #246 to say hi! Here’s a little about everyone:

Name: Steve Hoffman
Title: Director Executive Accounts
Fun fact about yourself: “I aspire to become an IAUG model.”
What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?: ” Looking forward to meeting people that have the same passion to improve the customer experience and not getting COVID.”

Name: Morgan McDermott
Title: Solutions Consultant and Manager of our Avaya Center of Excellence Team
Fun fact about yourself: “I almost permanently borrowed a puppy last time I went to Avaya Engage in Austin, TX.”
What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?: “Looking forward to meeting people face to face, FINALLY!”

Name: Tom Pickford
Title: Vice President, Sales

What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?: ” Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.”

Name: Sarah Reitsma
Title: Director of UI Design – “My team and I create conversations that enable businesses and their customers to communicate easily and seamlessly.”
Fun fact about yourself: “My family and I love to travel and hike. This year we hit the big 5 national parks in Utah, the Maine Coast, San Diego, and Glacier Park in Montana. We even got a little closer to a moose than I like to think about! Pictures are from Glacier Park, Maine, and Zion National Park.”
What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?: “Looking forward to networking with customers and future customers and learning from them! Also looking forward to riding the WTI scooter that I never knew existed..”

Name: Chris Wyatt
Title:  Director, Avaya Solutions – “I oversee Avaya Professional Services operations.”
Fun fact about yourself: “I can wiggle my ears.”
What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?:  “I love the opportunity to see customers in person and get to know people we may be working with in the future.”

Name: Evan Jones
Title: Chief Customer Officer, Responsible for the international go-to-market strategy for all WTI product lines, including sales, product, and solutions consulting.
Fun fact about yourself: “During my college years, I was a featured extra on the Flamingos cheerleading squad in Bring It On 4: In It to Win It.”
What you are looking forward to most at this year’s Engage event?: “Hearing about Avaya Cloud plans!”
