Serves as a technical specialist to lower-level engineers. Acts as a liaison between the development teams and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and commonality in technology standards. Provides technical expertise in the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. Keep up to date on technology trends and may participate in the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions. May act as a first level supervisor and review, mentor, and evaluate the performance of individual team members. Job Responsibilities Responsible and own full software development lifecycle with requirements, solution design, development, testing, and product support using Scrum and other Agile methodologies Collaborate with team and business owners in understanding business goals and requirements Create high-level implementation documents and support the team to create low-level technical documents. Uses a broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop solutions to problems and critical design issues.
