Demand Generation Manager

As the Demand Generation Manager, you’ll work closely with our Solution and Product Marketing Managers to create awareness and drive interest in our products and services.

  • Own demand generation channel and campaign strategy and execution for Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Search, and other lead generation campaigns
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing campaigns
  • Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey to optimize conversion rates
  • Build processes designed to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time
  • Improve the customer experience to build relationships and earn trust by educating, empowering, and entertaining to keep prospects moving through the funnel
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and provide strategic direction based on analysis
  • Define and measure metrics to demonstrate mROI to stakeholders


  • 5 years of B2B lead generation and customer acquisition marketing for a B2B SaaS or technology business. CCaaS experience is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrable experience of creating marketing assets such as landing pages, ad posts, email templates
  • Strong experience in managing budget and paid campaigns across Google AdWords (Search, display, email, retargeting) and Social (LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data – budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimization
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Scrappy and curious, always questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better
  • Not afraid to experiment and try cool stuff
  • Experience in a high growth culture
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on launching new solutions internationally
