Director of Growth Marketing

Waterfield Tech is looking for a highly motivated, creative, performance-oriented leader who can build strategy and vision while also executing a fast-paced growth program.

The Director of Growth Marketing manages a dynamic team responsible for the production and distribution of creative content and campaigns that drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts. They pay close attention to performance analytics and are accountable for tracking engagement metrics to ensure experiences are optimized to support the full customer journey.

You’ll work alongside a diverse group of experts, innovators, and partners, all working together to solve interesting problems surrounding customer engagement with brands from around the world. Together, we help businesses of all sizes build deeper customer relationships, acquire bigger audiences, and use data to fuel amazing experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our Solution and Product Marketing Managers to conceptualize and produce data-driven campaigns that bolster the company’s growth
  • Identify marketing channels, solutions, and ideas that will efficiently drive new customers and increase revenue
  • Run iterative tests to ensure ideas can work before making big bets
  • Execute creative programs to generate opportunities from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement
  • Implement quick, data-driven tweaks to win new customers and retain those we already have
  • Analyze and optimize paid search, paid social, user experience, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, acquisition marketing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Lead the development of a diverse team of creative thinkers and doers

Requirements

  • You’re a strategic thinker
  • Able to analyze and take action on metrics from any channel at any part of the funnel
  • Opinionated about creative and recognize strong creative elements when you see them
  • Experienced in judging when something isn’t working and providing actionable feedback on how to improve it
  • World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad copy, to landing pages and even video scripts
  • You have a deep understanding of performance data, and know the right metrics to consider in any situation
  • Knowledgeable in leveraging A/B tests to make data-driven decisions around strategy and channel implementation
  • You think about the funnel as a whole, rather than focusing on specific layers and channels
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
  • You are passionate about turning the marketing funnel into a highly productive, predictable machine
  • You stay on top of trends and are not afraid to experiment and try cool stuff
  • Experience in a high growth culture
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on launching new solutions internationally
