Product Marketing Manager

To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, messaging, market education and sales enablement for Waterfield Tech.

The Product Marketer’s mission is to help customers discover, evaluate, advocate for, and succeed with Waterfield Tech’s product suite. This role combines traditional product marketing with a product-led growth mindset and will be instrumental to the success of our business.

Responsible for everything from product positioning and messaging; to GTM strategy and execution for new verticals and customer segments; to product launches, enablement, and competitive; to driving product adoption.

You’ll work alongside a diverse group of experts, innovators, and partners, all working together to solve interesting problems surrounding customer engagement with brands from around the world. Together, we help businesses of all sizes build deeper customer relationships, acquire bigger audiences, and use data to fuel amazing experiences.

About You

You are analytical, adaptable, and an excellent communicator. This isn’t your first gig as a product marketer… You have successfully developed and brought differentiated messages to market before. You prioritize aggressively and are comfortable with asking “why.”

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve product positioning and messaging
  • Lead and execute multi-channel launches from conception through to post-launch measurement and reporting
  • Develop quarterly plan/schedule to educate team and promote upcoming releases
  • Partner with product, customer success, sales, and partners to Create and promote product-related content including sales collateral, landing pages, blogs, social messaging, and events with the goal of increasing opportunity win rates
  • Drive our segmentation and voice of customer efforts through market research, analysis, and customer interviews so we can be positioned to win
  • Develop and execute programs including advertising, promotions, events.
  • Partner with content marketing and demand generation to define and execute pipeline generation programs, and develop a high-value thought leadership program
  • Take point on relationships with product partners to maintain relationships, gain access to product info, and co-marketing budgets

Requirements

  • 5 years of product marketing experience within the B2B technology space. CCaaS experience is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience creating strategic marketing plans
  • World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy, to ebooks and video scripts.
  • Experience developing high-impact, value-based messaging across different customer segments.
  • Strong analytical skills. You enjoy synthesizing data, discerning user insights, and developing market research
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product and customer success stakeholders
  • Scrappy and curious, always questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better
  • Not afraid to experiment and try cool stuff
  • Experience in a high growth culture
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on launching new products internationally
