As a Revenue Manager, you will analyze complex financial records and reports. You are responsible for maintaining records to ensure efficiency and accuracy of revenue and cost recognition in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ASC606. An outstanding Revenue Manager should also possess strong Excel skills, be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.

• Maintain and analyze revenue to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Ensure costs are recognized appropriately with revenue.
• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Present monthly and quarterly account reconciliation summaries to management.
• Assist with monthly revenue and expenditure reports for management, working closely with the
  Senior Accountant and other staff.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare outlines for and support the annual revenue budget process.
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
• Provide strategic direction in support of critical revenue cycle initiatives and goals.
• Document and monitor internal controls.
• Prepare accounting records and financial reports as per company standards.
• Work in compliance with company accounting standards and guidelines.
• Utilize software applications for company accounting operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• 6+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of tax laws, U.S. GAAP (including deferred and unbilled revenue recognition) and ASC606 is required
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Must be able to manage many complex tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, good analytical skills, good problem-solving skills, must be self-driven

• Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to deal with ambiguity and constant change
