Solution Marketing Manager

To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager to drive offer positioning, messaging, market education and sales enablement for Waterfield Tech.

The Solution Marketer’s mission is to help customers discover, evaluate, advocate for, and succeed with Waterfield Tech’s expansive portfolio of solutions and services. This role combines digital marketing with a strong content marketing mindset and will be instrumental to the success of our business.

Responsible for everything from solution positioning and messaging; to GTM strategy and execution for new verticals and customer segments; to launches, enablement, and competitive; to driving customer expansion.

You’ll work alongside a diverse group of experts, innovators, and partners, all working together to solve interesting problems surrounding customer engagement with brands from around the world. Together, we help businesses of all sizes build deeper customer relationships, acquire bigger audiences, and use data to fuel amazing experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve solution positioning and messaging
  • Lead and execute multi-channel launches from conception through to post-launch measurement and reporting
  • Develop quarterly plan to educate team members and promote upcoming launches
  • Partner with delivery, customer success, sales, and partners to create and promote solution-related content including sales collateral, landing pages, blogs, social messaging, and events with the goal of increasing opportunity win rates
  • Drive our segmentation and voice of customer efforts through market research, analysis, and customer interviews so we can be positioned to win
  • Develop and execute programs including advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Define and execute pipeline generation programs, and develop a high-value thought leadership program
  • Take point on relationships with partners to maintain relationships, gain access to solution info, and co-marketing budget

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of solution and/or content marketing experience within the B2B technology space. CCaaS experience is a plus, but not required
  • Demonstrated experience creating strategic marketing plans
  • World-class writing skills across different mediums, from ad and web copy, to ebooks and video scripts.
  • Experience developing high-impact, value-based messaging across different customer segments.
  • Strong analytical skills. You enjoy synthesizing data, discerning user insights, and developing market research
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, delivery and customer success stakeholders
  • Proficiency across major marketing technologies (e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn)
  • Scrappy and curious, always questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better
  • Not afraid to experiment and try cool stuff
  • Experience in a high-growth culture
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked on launching new solutions internationally
