Waterfield Technologies is looking for a UI/UX Designer for Twilio.
As a User Experience Designer (UI/UX), you will be responsible for designing compelling, efficient, and innovative digital experiences, mainly contributing to our products. The ideal candidate should have experience with all parts of the design thinking process. Specifically, you will focus on leveraging research and data to make design decisions, creating wireframes, low and high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for stakeholder approvals and developer handoffs, as well as usability testing designs.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of designs.
Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Design user experiences that are simple, coherent, and powerful.
Understand the evolving needs of our customers, and how these are served by the product.
Test and validate designs with our user community through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and shipped products.
Help define and integrate a visual identity into our platform.
Maintain a cohesive set of UI/UX principles, strategies, and patterns that extend across our platform.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience designing and testing UI/UX for web/mobile/digital experiences.
Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and high design caliber.
Well-versed in design fundamentals (information design, visual design, industry UI standards, and use of best practices) and tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
