Steve Kezirian is the chief executive officer of Waterfield Tech. Steve brings 25 years of executive management experience across a diverse landscape of technology and services organizations including Full Potential Solutions where he currently holds the position of co-founder and CEO.
Prior to accepting the position of CEO, Steve served on the board of directors for Waterfield Tech and as the CEO of Goji, a leading online property and causality insurance agency in the US. He also held the position of CEO of IBEX Global Solutions (LSE-AIM:IBEX), a provider of outsourced contact center solutions with a focus on complex, technology-intensive application and served as COO of CG Technologies prior to IBEX.
Steve started his career in executive management at Tickets.com (sold to Major League Baseball Advanced Media), where he led business development and ultimately call center and customer service operations, and Sprint, where he managed the Telesales organization. In addition, Steve consulted at Mckinsey & Co., advising companies on mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and invested private equity at J.H. Whitney.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
