Todd leads our Government Services practice focused on technology and process innovation within the Federal government. He has over 30 years of contact center expertise both on the technology and operations front and consulted for many government agencies and Fortune 500 companies focused on developing stronger customer relationships for these organizations. Prior to joining Waterfield, Todd was a founding member of PDT Communications, where he built from the ground up an entire practice focused on contact center excellence.
Todd graduated with a B.A in Economics/Management from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware OH. In his spare time he enjoys being an amateur ornithologist as well as gardening and playing with his 3 dogs – a German Shepard and 2 Labrador Retrievers.
